Laurel & Paw collects only the information needed for portrait projects, requested updates, and future order fulfillment.
Information collected now
The website stores email addresses submitted through the launch-list signup or before a personalized portrait preview. Preview contact information is used to save progress and communicate about that portrait. A separate optional choice controls promotional email. When you generate a preview or save a project, the resulting preview and project files are stored so the work can be reopened.
Pet photos and generated artwork
Saved project files are used to create and review the requested portrait. They are not approved for advertising, social media, or public gallery use without separate permission.
Service providers
Authorized services may process information needed to create portraits, save projects, send requested updates, and operate the website. Payment processing is not active during prelaunch testing.
Your choices
Promotional email is optional. If you opt in, Laurel & Paw may send a saved-preview message and up to two follow-up reminders when a portrait has not been purchased. Each promotional message includes an unsubscribe link, and purchasing or unsubscribing stops the reminder sequence.
Policy before launch
A complete privacy policy reflecting the final checkout, fulfillment, support, analytics, and email systems will be published before customer orders are accepted.
