Terms

A straightforward agreement for custom artwork.

These terms explain how personalized portraits and products are reviewed, produced, and supported.

Customer-provided content

You must have the right to upload each photo and authorize its use to create the requested portrait and product previews.

Proof approval

A watermarked preview is for review only. Production begins only after you approve the final portrait and selected product, size, and finish.

Artistic interpretation

Custom portraits preserve recognizable identity details while adapting each subject into the selected artistic composition. Exact photographic replication is not promised.

Cancellations and order problems

Personalized orders may be canceled before production begins; cancellation is not guaranteed after production starts. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders, contact support@laurelandpaw.com. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Personal use

Unless separate permission is provided, delivered artwork is intended for personal display, gifting, and personal social sharing.
